Laura Did an excellent job. Great marketing ideas. Great communication. Great follow up. House was for sale for 8 months with another realtor and not a single offer. Her strategy brought significantly more showing and traffic. Sold the house in about 2 months. Resale market in this area is difficult due to new construction. Would recommend Laura Stavola to anyone especially if you are in the Lakewood Ranch area in Sarasota Florida.
